Better Churches was started with the belief that every church can become better, regardless of whether it grows bigger.  While consulting with churches ranging from 50 to 4,500 in average attendance, the primary focus of Better Churches is work with church ranging from 200 to 800 in average attendance.  These are the churches that often can benefit the most from an outside consultant, but are often not in a position to afford the fees of many of the leading consulting firms.     

Better Churches is led by Brad Cunningham.  Brad has 23 years of local church pastoral experience and has led effective revitalization in a small, mid-size, and large church context.  He is actively pastoring a local church and is therefore a practitioner who has been implementing these same principles in the local churches he has served.  He has also had the privilege of serving on staff with two of the largest consulting firms in the country, as well as leading his own consulting ministry for the past 20 years.  He previously served as a regional director of coaching for his own denomination.    He has a heart for pastors and deeply desires to help them move from enduring ministry to enjoying it.
